Job summary

iFIT is building an AI-powered growth engine for app acquisition. We seek an AI Creative Strategist to decide what ads to make and produce them with AI tools, collaborating with channel managers across Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads.

You'll own the creative testing cadence, analyze results, and iterate weekly, shipping ads that scale while managing freelancers and keeping brand guardrails in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in performance creative, creative strategy or growth marketing, with direct ownership of paid social or app acquisition.
• Portfolio of ads with results and learnings.
• Hands-on use of AI production tools for image, video, voice and editing.
• Proficiency in standard design and video editing software.
• Ad copywriting experience: hooks, scripts and on-screen text.
• Ability to analyze creative performance and decide what to scale or cut.
• Working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads.
• Has managed freelancers or UGC creators.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Creative strategy: turn audience insight and performance data into hooks and concepts for app acquisition.
• AI-assisted production: produce static, video and UGC ads using AI tools and standard design software.
• Testing and analysis: launch, read and iterate on creative tests with channel managers.
