Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-4+ years of contract administrator experience.
• Strong team player with problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Good listener with ability to retain details on technical projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication to explain contract terms.
• Able to assist negotiations and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Understand relevant contract law and legal principles.
• Ability to analyze contract terms and identify risks.
• Efficiently manage large volumes of contracts and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy in contract details.

Responsibilities

• Support contract lifecycle; prepare, draft, and review contracts including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, SLAs.
• Maintain contract data; manage documents on OneDrive; collaborate with legal teams.
• Review and revise contracts for terms, pricing, and payment schedules.
• Create and manage AI agents; build workflows and data organization for daily tasks.
• Assist negotiations with vendors and internal teams to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor compliance with security, privacy, and AI policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, sourcing, PMs, and leadership.
• Track milestones and lead resolution of disputes or amendments.
• Mentor analysts and contract admins; establish best practices.
