Cohere is actively seeking a Contract Manager to support a fast-paced legal team. You will manage the lifecycle of contracts, maintain templates, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to align terms with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of contract management experience in a fast-paced tech/AI company.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Proficient with Ironclad and standard contract templates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related requests not requiring legal counsel.
• Triages legal requests and routes to appropriate counsel.
• Manage and maintain contract management systems and repositories.
