Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Data & Analytics Manager to join the Regulatory Affairs & Compliance team.

You will prototype AI-driven compliance solutions, build data scripts, and craft lightweight analytics tools that turn complex regulatory obligations into real-time risk insights. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and BI teams to consolidate disparate data sources and elevate risk models, balancing ambiguity with practical, repeatable solutions in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in data analytics, data science, or analytics product development with rapid prototyping and AI applications in Legal/Compliance domains.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL; experience with modern data science libraries.
• Experience using AI to build practical applications.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Data Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, experiment with, and deploy rapid AI and automation prototypes.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to identify, extract, and integrate disparate data sources into unified analytics workflows.
• Develop agile data scripts, lightweight web apps, and automated alert workflows in Python/SQL to resolve compliance friction points.
• Collaborate with Regulatory & Compliance leadership to distill regulatory risks into structured analytical problem statements and prototypes.
• Partner with data science and BI developers to improve risk models by incorporating external market intelligence and automated event-driven logic.
