Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an agile Compliance Data & Analytics Manager to join the Compliance Data & Analytics group within the Regulatory Affairs & Compliance team.

You will bridge legal compliance experts and data experimentation, standing up automation and turning regulatory obligations into real-time risk insights. Design and deploy AI prototypes, integrate data sources across Legal, Finance, and stakeholders, and build lightweight apps and alert workflows in Python/SQL to reduce

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, or analytics product development, with a proven track record of rapid prototyping and applying data analytics and AI to Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Internal Audit, or Fraud/Risk Management domains.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL and experience with modern data science libraries.
• Experience using AI to build practical applications.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, break through data silos, and deliver results collaboratively through influence without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, experiment with, and deploy rapid AI and automation prototypes.
• Partner across Legal, Finance, and other key stakeholders to identify, extract, and integrate disparate data sources into unified analytics workflows.
• Develop agile data scripts, lightweight web applications, and automated alert workflows in Python/SQL that solve compliance friction points.
• Collaborate directly with Regulatory & Compliance leadership to distill complex regulatory risks into structured analytical problem statements and working prototypes.
• Partner with data science and business intelligence developers to improve upon existing risk models by integrating external market intelligence and automated event-driven/ conditional logic.
