Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Software Architect to design and deliver SaaS applications with embedded compliance across FedRAMP, CRA, and PQC. You will bridge Product, Security, SRE, and Duo Engineering to ensure compliance is built into delivery workflows.

In this role, you will translate regulations into concrete projects, triage issues, and provide auditors with evidence while coordinating with engineering teams and product managers on compliant features and certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in microservice-based architecture and building modern SaaS applications on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Experience in regulatory compliance architecture (FedRAMP, CRA, PQC, and related frameworks).
• Experience translating compliance and security requirements into engineering roadmaps and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Understand the existing software and production architecture to identify gaps for compliance.
• Leverage AI for analysis and building tools for engineering teams in meeting compliance requirements.
• Triage CIAM issues and coordinate remediation with Duo Engineering teams.
• Provide application-level compliance evidence for auditors with engineering teams.
• Answer product and security questionnaires for customer compliance and security reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers responsible for compliance features and certifications.
