Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of relevant experience designing and deploying corporate compliance and ethics learning globally.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication; able to distill complex legal concepts clearly.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs with localization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, rollout, and lifecycle management of Cisco's global compliance learning portfolio.
• Deploy AI-enabled learning tools, simulation workflows, and micro-learnings across platforms.
• Develop targeted compliance toolkits and global campaigns to reinforce trust and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regulatory risks and measure training efficacy.
