You will bridge between legal experts and data teams, develop lightweight data apps, and automate alert workflows using Python/SQL to reduce compliance friction. The position is hybrid, with in-office days weekly.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or analytics product development with rapid prototyping.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL with modern data science libraries.
• Experience using AI to build practical applications.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and break data silos.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, experiment with, and deploy rapid AI and automation prototypes.
• Partner across Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to identify, extract, and integrate disparate data sources into unified analytics workflows.
• Develop agile data scripts, lightweight web apps, and automated alert workflows in Python/SQL that solve compliance friction points.
• Collaborate with Regulatory & Compliance leadership to distill complex regulatory risks into structured analytical problem statements and prototypes.
• Partner with data science and BI developers to improve risk models by integrating external market intel and automated event-driven/ conditional logic.
