Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 8-12+ years designing and deploying corporate compliance learning within a global enterprise.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication; ability to distill complex concepts.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs with localization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, rollout, and lifecycle management of Cisco's global compliance learning portfolio.
• Deploy AI-enabled learning tools, simulation workflows, and micro-learnings with localization.
• Proactively develop targeted compliance toolkits and global campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regulatory risks and measure training efficacy.
