Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Data & Analytics Manager to join the Regulatory Affairs & Compliance team.

You will design rapid AI prototypes, integrate data sources across Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders, and build lightweight apps to turn regulatory obligations into real-time risk insights. This hybrid role requires 4–7+ years in data analytics, Python and SQL expertise, AI experience, cross‑functional influence, and a CS/related degree.

Formación

• 4-7+ years in data analytics, data science, or analytics product development with rapid prototyping.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL with modern data libraries.
• Experience using AI to build practical applications.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design, experiment with, and deploy rapid AI and automation prototypes.
• Identify, extract, and integrate disparate data sources into unified analytics workflows.
• Develop agile data scripts, lightweight web apps, and automated alert workflows in Python/SQL.
• Collaborate with Regulatory & Compliance leadership to distill regulatory risks into analytical problem statements.
• Partner with data science and BI developers to improve risk models with external data and automated logic.
