Cisco Legal is seeking an agile Compliance Data & Analytics Manager to join the Compliance Data & Analytics group. You will build prototypes, iterate with users, and influence cross-functionally to turn regulatory obligations into real-time risk intelligence.

You will stand up lightweight automation, break through data silos, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, data science, and BI teams to enhance risk models using external signals.

Competenze

• 4-7+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, or analytics product development with rapid prototyping and applying data analytics and AI to Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Internal Audit, or Fraud/Risk Management domains.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL and experience with modern data science libraries.
• Experience using AI to build practical applications.

Mansioni

• Design, experiment with, and deploy rapid AI and automation prototypes.
• Partner across Legal, Finance, and other key stakeholders to identify, extract, and integrate disparate data sources into unified analytics workflows.
• Develop agile data scripts, lightweight web applications, and automated alert workflows in Python/SQL that solve compliance friction points.
• Collaborate directly with Regulatory & Compliance leadership to distill complex regulatory risks into structured analytical problem statements and working prototypes.
• Partner with data science and business intelligence developers to improve risk models by integrating external market intelligence and automated event-driven/ conditional logic.
