Norstella is seeking a Commercial Enablement Manager to partner with sales, CS, and product teams. This remote role supports US field execution, drive enablement programs, and build AI-enabled capabilities across the commercial ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will translate strategy into practical sales motions, coach leaders, and ensure adoption with measurable outcomes. A strong revenue perspective and collaboration across functions are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in Commercial Enablement or closely related roles.
• Experience translating GTM strategy into field-ready enablement.
• Ability to benchmark performance with data and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Translate GTM strategy into executable sales motions, narratives, playbooks and guidance.
• Lead field readiness for launches, portfolio changes, and initiative rollouts.
• Own enablement plan end-to-end from intake to reinforcement and measurement.
