Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting contracts, procurement, supply chain, legal operations, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of contract structures and contract hierarchies.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review and validate contract information accurately.
• Experience working with contract databases or contract lifecycle management systems.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technology platforms.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or technology solutions.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and extract key metadata, including: Contract dates, Suppliers/vendors, Contract values, and Terms and conditions.
• Enter contract information and supporting documents into the Agiloft contract management system.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of contract data.
• Understand and maintain contract hierarchies and parent-child relationships within the contract repository.
• Generate reports and metrics related to contract repository status and project progress.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
• Monitor workload and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
