Job summary

Ideal candidates have a strong background in contract law, CLM systems, and cross-functional project leadership. The position supports a hybrid work model in Washington state with remote options within the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 6+ years managing contracts in a small-to-mid-size org.
• Experience managing a Contract Lifecycle Management platform and leading contract teams.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law principles and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as expert for the Contracts Program and main point of contact for the program.
• Organize and manage the Contracts Program for optimal performance for the Institute.
• Administer the CLM platform, maintain templates, playbooks, and automate workflows.
• Draft, update contracts, processes, templates, and monitor SLAs.
• Lead contract specialists and collaborate with Legal on drafting and risk strategies.
