Job summary

ConstructConnect, Inc. is seeking a contracts-focused professional to own the end-to-end contract lifecycle within our Accounting and Finance team at our Cincinnati, OH headquarters.

You will lead intake, negotiation, and renewal of varied agreements while building an AI-enabled CLM system that improves speed and reduces risk. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, Security, Product, and Legal to automate processes, structure legacy data, and deliver actionable dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contract administration or related roles.
• Experience reviewing commercial agreements, redlines, negotiating terms, coordinating approvals.

Responsibilities

• Own customer, vendor, SaaS, procurement, partner, NDA, DPA, MSA, SOW, order-form, and amendment work through intake, negotiation, approval, signature, renewal, and closeout.
• Draft, review, and redline agreements; negotiate routine terms and prepare escalation for exceptions.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Procurement, IT, Security, Product, and Legal to keep agreements moving.
• Design and build a practical end-to-end CLM operating model with intake, routing, templates, approvals, repository, metadata, obligations, renewals, reporting, permissions, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Create a contract intelligence layer using approved AI tools for clause extraction, document comparison, risk spotting, summarization, search, renewal tracking, and playbook-aware review.
• Clean up and structure legacy contract data for a searchable source of truth on parties, terms, obligations, renewals, and exposure.
• Maintain templates, playbooks, fallback language, checklists, and clause libraries; capture lessons from negotiations for smarter future workflows.
• Build dashboards and operating rhythms for contract volume, cycle time, aging, approvals, renewals, obligations, exceptions, and adoption.
• Support privacy and third-party compliance work touching contracts, including DPAs and data-use terms.
