Job summary

RTB House is seeking a Revenue Operations/Business Systems professional to streamline Client Services. You will build tools, drive CRM data hygiene, and prototype AI-driven workflows to automate daily tasks across global client portfolios.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in revenue operations or similar, with experience configuring business tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Asana) and hands-on AI familiarity. Flexible, remote work with international collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience configuring or administering business tools and workflows (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Asana, Zapier, Make).
Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and turning AI into practical workflows.
Structured data handling and clean pipelines; basic SQL is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain operational tools, systems, and automations for day-to-day Client Services tasks.
Drive CRM adoption and maintain data hygiene for accurate cross-sell pipelines and reporting.
Prototype workflows using Claude and other AI tools to automate processes.
Create standard templates for account management deliverables and establish quality benchmarks.
Review account outputs to ensure consistency across client portfolios.
Coordinate new-client intake and campaign launch handoffs for seamless delivery.
Onboard colleagues with knowledge-sharing sessions and up-to-date documentation.
