Optimal Group is seeking a commercially driven Client Project Manager to win new clients, convert enquiries into confirmed work and grow long-term client relationships in property maintenance and refurbishment. You will own client portfolios from opportunity identification through quotes to delivery and payment, coordinating engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure profitable outcomes and

Qualifications

Two years' experience in property maintenance, refurbishment or related services
Strong sales and relationship-building skills
Experience coordinating clients, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors
Hands-on use of AI tools to improve productivity

Responsibilities

Win new clients and grow accounts through outbound sales and referrals
Prepare competitive quotes with clear scope and terms
Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers for surveys and input
Own the client experience from enquiry to payment and delivery
