Yahoo is seeking a Client Performance Senior Specialist to manage large-scale campaigns across Yahoo properties, with GAM at the center of activities. You will traffic ads, QA builds, and troubleshoot delivery while partnering with sales, Client Experience Leads, and clients to ensure campaign success from inception to completion.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in digital advertising operations or campaign management.
Hands-on GAM trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting experience.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools to synthesize data and speed up workflows.
Excellent written and oral communication in cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-value projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, and billing in GAM with cross‑functional partners.
Oversee complex creative/ad builds ensuring specs and KPIs are met.
Monitor high‑value campaigns and optimize performance with account teams.
Identify AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and accelerate launches.
