Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead the discovery and delivery roadmap for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will own end-to-end product management, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to define model logic and product rules.

You will drive cross-functional delivery in a matrixed environment, tracking metrics for efficiency and adoption, and communicating decisions to leadership and operators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI/ML products.
• 2+ years conducting user research and translating workflows into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product management for an AI platform in claims processing.
• Own the squad backlog, write requirements, and prioritize scoping with outcomes in mind.
• Partner with data scientists to define model logic and product rules for recommendations.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency, quality, and adoption.
• Present product decisions clearly to senior leadership and partners.
