Bristol Myers Squibb Co is seeking a Director of Procurement Excellence to design and run an AI-native Change Management CoE that accelerates adoption of strategic procurement initiatives. You will collaborate with CPO, SLT, and program leads to translate strategy into clear messaging, governance, and tangible business value.

This role leads leadership alignment, PMO-style governance, and cross-functional partnerships across Corporate Affairs, Learning, IT, and HRBPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business/admin, organizational development, communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in change management, leadership, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch an AI-native Change Management CoE to accelerate adoption of GP initiatives.
• Partner with CPO/SLT to translate GP vision into messaging and measurable outcomes.
• Lead governance, PMO-like practices, and KPI dashboards for portfolio health.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to deliver CM support cost-effectively.
