Job summary

CVS Health is building an analytics-driven Procurement CoE and seeks a Senior Manager, AI & Automation to lead AI initiatives across procurement. You will scope, prototype and deploy AI agents, prompts and workflows, and guide non-technical staff in using the solutions.

The role is hybrid in Woonsocket or Hartford, requiring hands-on technical leadership and collaboration with CoE teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7 years of overall relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in a technical or business-facing role with hands-on AI/ML solution development.
• Demonstrated experience with prompt engineering, including structured prompting and output formatting.
• Hands-on experience gathering requirements, building, and deploying AI agents.
• Experience with Copilot Studio or a comparable platform for AI skill and agent development.
• Ability to translate business problems into well-scoped technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Scope and prototype AI solutions for procurement use cases across prompting, RAG, agents and tool-enabled workflows.
• Build and deploy AI skills, prompts, and agents using Copilot Studio and other platforms, ensuring reliability and usability for non-technical staff.
• If IT development is needed, define requirements, act as AI SME, and validate the solution before go-live.
