Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director of Content Operations & Delivery to lead end-to-end marketing execution for a therapeutic-area portfolio. You will drive governance, operational excellence, and AI-enabled capabilities, managing senior managers and external partners to achieve scalable, compliant content delivery and strong business outcomes.

You will partner with Brand, Omnichannel Strategy, MLR, and Operations leaders to ensure launch readiness and delivery excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Leadership experience across omnichannel marketing execution and content operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex TA portfolios, governance frameworks, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience overseeing agency and vendor partnerships, governance, and performance management.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercialization, product launches, and MLR processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end content delivery leadership for the assigned therapeutic area.
• Direct enterprise planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across brands.
• Lead launch readiness and enterprise content delivery from strategy to deployment and measurement.
• Drive risk management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement of quality and speed.
• Oversee vendor governance with agencies and outsourced service partners.
