Job summary

Biogen is seeking an Associate Director of AI Adoption & Change Management to oversee change efforts for AI initiatives, Planisware enhancements, workflow automation, and reporting modernization across PPM and Development Asset Leads. You will partner with IT, AI Innovation, Data Stewardship, and Quality teams to drive adoption, measure value, and sustain AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading organizational change and business transformation for new systems or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, and data-driven technologies and their business impact.
• Experience applying structured change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
• Ability to translate AI concepts into practical business value and user communications.
• Experience developing AI adoption strategies with stakeholder engagement and training.
• Excellent ability to align individuals with program goals and build consensus.
• Strong leadership, matrix management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic planning with adoption KPIs and value-realization metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for AI initiatives and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to assess impacts on roles and data-entry expectations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and communities of practice.
• Monitor change impact, readiness, and address resistance to change.
• Build change champion networks across PPM, DAL, and Development functions.
• Define, monitor, and report adoption metrics and KPI performance to leadership.
• Promote responsible AI adoption with governance, human review, and compliance guidance.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, release readiness, and post-implementation monitoring.
