Job summary

Biogen, Inc. seeks an Associate Director to lead AI adoption and change management across PPM and DAL teams. You will craft strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure adoption of AI-enabled processes, Planisware enhancements, and workflow automation.

You will drive readiness, training, communications, and metrics, partnering with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Quality to translate AI capabilities into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with significant change management, technology adoption, or portfolio operations.
• Experience leading organizational change and business transformation for new systems or AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to identify barriers to AI adoption, including process complexity and resistance to change.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, and data-driven technologies and their business impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for AI initiatives and Planisware enhancements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and role-based readiness activities.
• Monitor adoption, readiness, and value realization; adapt plans to address resistance.
• Build change champion networks and governance to accelerate adoption across functions.
• Define KPIs and report progress to leadership with evidence of value.
