Accenture is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager in Change & Experience to lead future-state change processes and AI integration design for client initiatives, embedding AI into deliverables and team ways of working.

You will guide activation planning, adoption strategies, and stakeholder interviews, influencing senior leaders and driving cross-functional collaboration for measurable business results.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in change management, organizational transformation, experience design, or management consulting with a focus on change and adoption.
• Experience designing future-state change processes with AI — including organizational activation approaches, adoption planning, and intelligent automation.
• Minimum of 1 year delivering project work in change domains (Organizational Change Management, Experience Design, AI Adoption, Behavioral Activation, Service Transition, or Culture Transformation).
• Experience in Consumer Goods & Services, Retail or Travel industries.

Mansioni

• Lead future-state change process specification, AI integration design, activation planning, and adoption strategy for assigned transformation programs.
• Run client discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews; present and defend recommendations to senior leadership; manage relationships and transitions.
• Drive change-impact assessments grounded in how organizational change lands, including behavioral adoption patterns and workflow integration.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and co-creation with client teams to reimagine work and redesign roles and workflows.
