Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Talent & Workforce to lead future‑state talent processes and AI integration for client engagements. You will drive operating model changes, design workforce strategies, and embed AI into talent lifecycle improvements.

The role requires experience with AI-enabled talent solutions, stakeholder engagement at the C-suite level, and the ability to guide teams through rapid change while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent and workforce process excellence or management consulting with talent transformation focus.
• Experience designing future-state talent processes with AI and adoption of new operating models.
• Experience integrating AI and automating talent/workforce business process design.
• Experience delivering talent domain projects (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Skills Architecture).

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state talent process specification, AI integration design, operating model changes, and workforce adoption planning for assigned areas.
• Run client discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews; present recommendations to CHRO-level leadership.
• Drive benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments for talent and workforce functions.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and co-creation workshops with cross-functional client teams.
• Connect talent operating model design to future-state processes, shifting to skills-based deployment.
• Define and structure data and AI strategy within Talent & Workforce; assess AI maturity and build roadmaps.
• Embed AI Experience (AX) Design into talent process specs, including agent autonomy and human–agent handoffs.
• Infuse Responsible AI into talent transformation visions and roadmaps across talent acquisition, mobility, skills development, and planning.
• Enable continuous workforce planning and mobility using Talent Navigator and workforce data for productivity and cost allocation.
• Develop redesign methods and playbooks for talent and workforce processes; contribute to proposals and go-to-market.
