Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Organization Change Manager in the Chemicals & Natural Resources space to drive large-scale transformations in AI-enabled environments. You will lead change programs, design future-ready strategies, and partner with clients to embed GenAI responsibly within organizational workflows.

Travel as needed is expected; you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver human-centered change, manage adoption, and ensure governance across digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on technology-enabled or digital transformations (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemicals & Natural Resources industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change in evolving contexts.
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization with governance.
