Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI SDLC Transformation Manager to guide enterprise clients in redesigning software delivery for AI-native workflows. You will map current delivery, design future-state AI-enabled processes, and lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, QA, security, and platform.

The role emphasizes fluency with evolving AI tooling, agentic systems, and enterprise roadmaps, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across the full SDLC, from requirements to release
• 3+ years designing or building multi-agent/LLM-integrated systems
• 3+ years consulting or advisory with engineering organizations
• 3+ years applying flow metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput)
• 2+ years working with AI/ML systems or agentic architectures

Responsibilities

• Value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste
• Design AI-native to-be processes for faster software delivery
• Lead change management for engineering teams migrating to AI-augmented workflows
• Define agentic systems for upstream SDLC phases and architecture validation
• Translate AI tooling benchmarks into actionable enterprise roadmaps
• Influence clients to modernize processes for AI-enabled SDLC
