Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management leader to help clients navigate AI-enabled transformations. You will design and lead enterprise change programs, shaping how work evolves with GenAI and data-driven insights.

You will partner with clients to define GenAI use, assess readiness, manage governance, and expand human-centric change journeys. You will also contribute to business development and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention, including reimagining work and workforce models in data-driven, AI-enabled environments.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change in evolving roles, skills, and ways of working with AI.
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, and governance.
