Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management professional to lead large-scale transformations in AI-enabled environments. You will guide clients through reimagined work models, workforce strategies, and human-centered change journeys while leveraging GenAI to accelerate analysis and delivery.

You will design and sustain enterprise change programs, partner with clients on GenAI governance, and apply data-driven insights to inform decisions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Bonus points if you have High Tech Industry experience.
• Applied experience using GenAI to deliver organizational change work, including analytics and insights.
• Experience leading or working in human + digital teams where GenAI supports decision-making with clear human accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts including reimagining work and workforce models.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs to enable evolving ways of working.
• Partner with clients to define and enable GenAI use across the organization with governance.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness and track adoption.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies for human + digital teams.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and content.
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities for evolving tech landscapes.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
