Job summary

Accenture is hiring a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation for clients. You will design future-ready workforce strategies, leveraging Generative AI and Talent Intelligence platforms to deliver practical recommendations and architecture across roles, skills, and talent models.

You will work with clients to shape hiring, learning, planning, internal mobility, and career development while driving change initiatives and market insights. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• 2+ years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• 1+ year of experience in Life Science industry.
• 1+ year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies to redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
• Design workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
