Job summary

Heartflow in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive adoption of Heartflow’s non‑invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology with Cardiologists and other clinicians. You will be the face of Heartflow in your region, building relationships and ensuring customers are successful with the cCTA/FFRct pathway.

Expect about 20‑25% travel from a home office. Base pay is $125,000 with eligible variable/commission bringing total target compensation to $200,000.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired.
• Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of Heartflow clinical pathway within strategic accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to deploy resources and physician engagement.
• Increase Heartflow usage by building relationships with referring physicians and other clinical stakeholders.
• Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring MDs.
• Promote Heartflow and advocate within the medical community.
• Be evaluated on quota performance, cCTA growth, and FFRct penetration over baseline.
