Job summary

BRG is expanding its Financial Institution Operations & Technology practice in the United States, focusing on banking. The Associate Director and Senior Managing Consultant roles deliver engagements from scope to handover, owning outcomes, quality, and engagement economics.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, shape work with the technical lead on architecture and risk, and drive adoption and value creation for clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of prior applicable work experience for Associate Director.
For Sr. Managing Consultant, minimum 7 years of experience.
Experience owning engagements and supporting business development.

Responsibilities

Own client pursuits, proposals, scope, pricing, and delivery plans.
Lead discovery and solution shaping with stakeholders and technical leads.
Assemble and mobilize the pod around funded engagement needs.
Own backlog priorities with client and team, balancing value and feasibility.
Manage delivery across discovery, requirements, build, testing and release.
Build trusted senior client relationships and governance.
Ensure quality assurance, risk and compliance input, including AI oversight.
Lead business readiness, adoption, and handover; sustain solutions post-engagement.
