Job summary

9fin is seeking a Forward Deployed Banker to work with top bank clients, embedding within origination, structuring, and trading teams to implement AI-enabled workflows. You will map workflows, identify value points, and co-author success criteria tied to client outcomes.

You will build AI into those workflows, iterate based on real usage, and drive adoption across accounts while feeding insights back to product, engineering, and GTM teams to sharpen 9fin's offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practitioner experience at a bank.
• Experience across origination, structuring, syndication, or CLOs.
• Strong writing and in-person communication with MDs and desk heads.

Responsibilities

• Map bank workflows and identify high-value insertion points across origination, structuring, syndication, and trading.
• Embed with client teams to document end-to-end processes and adoption criteria.
• Build AI-enabled workflows using 9fin's toolkit and iterate based on usage.
