Your clients are internal: Human Resources, Marketing, and Commercial. This is an individual-contributor role for a builder, not a manager.

Open to remote or hybrid candidates with East Coast preference; hybrid is central to our New York, NY or Charlotte offices, and you should be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours.

Qualifications

• 2 to 8 years building and shipping production software.
• AI-native to the core; you work with agents, AI tools, and APIs as a default.
• Collaborate with non-technical teams to translate problems into systems.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business teams and ship AI systems that change operations.
• Own architecture, code, deployment, and stakeholder relationships end-to-end.
• Prototype quickly and land production-ready solutions with real business impact.
