Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with business, operations, product and engineering teams to design and deploy AI-powered solutions across financial-services workflows. The role combines software engineering, AI expertise and domain knowledge to move solutions from discovery through production deployment and continual improvement.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for AI agents, translating needs into agent workflows, building agents for payments

Qualifications

Experience in software engineering and AI engineering for enterprise apps.
Proficiency with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and agent frameworks.
Strong API/database integration and event-driven design.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD, observability and production support.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

Understand business workflows and system constraints.
Identify opportunities for AI agents and workflow automation.
Translate needs into agent workflows and measurable outcomes.
Build agents for payments, onboarding, routing, knowledge search and diagnostics.
Develop using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, APIs and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Integrate agents with financial apps, ServiceNow, Jira, CRM and monitoring tools.
Turn prototypes into secure, production-grade solutions.
Define evaluations for accuracy, latency, security and value.
Implement monitoring, access controls and rollback mechanisms.
Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, risk and compliance teams.
Support deployments and drive continual improvement.
