Job summary

Idexcel in Herndon, VA is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer who will own customer success from architecture through deployment while writing production code every week. You'll build AI workflows that extract data from large loan packages and design policy-driven, enterprise-grade solutions.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, credit officers, and CIOs to turn real banking problems into scalable AI capabilities, integrating with LOS, document repositories, and CRMs.

Qualifications

• Own architecture to deployment of AI solutions for commercial lenders.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, MCP, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated customer-focused approach with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ownership from discovery through production success.

Responsibilities
