Role Summary

This BSA will design and enable AI-orchestrated workflows, integrating automation, AI agents, and human decision points to reduce cycle times and enable workforce upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end workflows across ops teams
• Identify manual, swivel-chair activities for automation
• Define functional requirements for AI agents and Human-in-loop orchestration
• Partner with Ops leaders on workforce transformation
• Support rollout of digital workforce models

Required Qualifications

• 8–12+ years as a BSA in Operations Transformation
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and automation
• Exposure to AI agents or intelligent automation
• Experience working directly with Ops teams and change programs
