Job summary

9fin is seeking a Forward Deployed Banker in New York to drive AI-enabled workflow enhancements for bank clients across origination, structuring, and trading. You will embed with client teams, map end-to-end processes, and articulate how 9fin's AI capabilities change the way these workflows operate.

You will partner with clients to define adoption success criteria, build AI-driven solutions, and feed insights back to product and GTM teams to refine the platform for the next generation of bank

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practitioner experience at a bank with end-to-end workflow fluency in one or more of: origination, structuring, syndication, or trading.
• Proven ability to sit with senior bankers and articulate AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Experience with leveraging AI to transform leveraged finance, direct lending, or CLO workflows.

Responsibilities

• Map bank workflows and identify high-value AI insertion points in origination, structuring, syndication, and trading.
• Embed with client teams to document how workflows actually get done end-to-end and define adoption criteria.
• Build AI capabilities into workflows using in-platform features, integrations, and agents; iterate based on real usage.
