Job summary

Anthropic’s Partner Experience team is building an AI-native operating model. This role designs, builds, and runs agentic workflows on top of partner systems, shipping working automations weekly and owning them in production.

You will collaborate with the systems lead to integrate workflows with the partner portal, CRM, and enablement stack, surfacing signals and guiding automated decisions with human-in-the-loop where necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Experience with Claude API or agent frameworks is preferred.
• 5+ years in operations engineering or similar build-heavy role.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows using Claude and API integrations to automate core partner experience operations.
• Integrate workflows with partner portal, CRM, enablement stack, finance systems, and databases.
• Turn recurring manual work into reliable, monitored automations with guardrails and human-in-the-loop checks.
