Valerie Health is building AI-powered front-office solutions for independent provider groups in the United States. As an Agent Operations Associate, you will own deployment and production performance of document agents, guiding workflows from discovery to launch and ensuring reliable automation across customer portfolios.

You will learn how clinical and administrative documents move through provider organizations, translating operations into agent configurations, integrations, and HITL paths.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly.
• Willingness to own implementation and outcomes, not just advise.
• Interest in becoming technically fluent in SQL, logs, APIs, and agent configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead document-agent deployments from discovery through go-live and post-launch performance.
• Translate complex customer processes into reliable automated workflows for intake, interpretation, routing, actions and exceptions.
• Build reporting, analyze performance, and prioritize opportunities where human-in-the-loop work dominates.
• Diagnose why tasks require human review and develop improvements toward automation.
• Create repeatable processes, configurations, and testing methods to scale the team.
