Zusammenfassung

BOLD is seeking a Senior Affiliate Partnership Manager to own and optimize Bold's affiliate channel end-to-end. You will manage 3,000 partners across Impact.com, CJ, and Everflow, build scalable onboarding and reporting, and drive data-driven improvements with daily AI tool usage.

This is an analytical, operator role with ownership across partnerships, budgets, and performance metrics, reporting to the VP of Business Development.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in affiliate or performance marketing with independent partner management.
• Hands-on experience with major affiliate networks and management platforms, especially Impact.com.
• Strong command of KPIs and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day partner management across major networks and approve/reject affiliate applications.
• Lead the in-house transition and become Bold's primary contact for affiliates.
• Design a repeatable onboarding process for new partners.
• Run data-driven reviews with premier partners and clear improvement plans.
• Track performance metrics and turn insights into concrete partner strategies.
• Grow the partner roster through proactive outreach and reactivation.
• Represent Bold at industry events and utilize AI tools daily for analysis and automation.
• Document processes, templates, and playbooks to preserve channel knowledge.
• Support platform decisions and evaluate additional affiliate platforms.
