EverAI is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to scale our global affiliate network and maximize ROI. You will own relationships, onboarding, performance analysis, and partner recruitment, driving scalable funnel optimization across channels.

Join a fully remote team of ~100, with a focus on ethical, human-first AI products. Expect collaboration with product, marketing, and partnerships, plus a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency with affiliate platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing across channels.
• Experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush and reporting tools.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to optimize processes for ROI and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliates, keeping them informed and supported.
• Oversee affiliate onboarding and smooth integration into the program.
• Monitor performance, generate reports on traffic, conversions and ROI.
• Analyze results to identify improvements, optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build high-converting affiliate funnels.
