Job summary

AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor and seeking an Affiliate Lead to turn affiliates into a scalable, attributable growth channel. You’ll recruit top partners, craft offers, and optimize comms to drive revenue while preserving profitability.

You’ll own the program end-to-end, iterating offers and systems, ensuring compliance, and reporting on performance. This is a fully remote, senior-level role reporting to the Growth team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years growing affiliate, publisher, or partner programs.
• Experience with Everflow or TradeTracker is required.
• Ability to diagnose attribution and optimize spend.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate-attributed revenue and set growth plans.
• Source and onboard high-quality affiliates across channels.
• Build clear performance reporting on CAC, activation, and retention.
• Design offers and incentives that scale profitably.
• Ensure content compliance and brand safety in all affiliate materials.
• Coordinate communications across partners and platforms.
