Job summary

EverAI is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our affiliate program across global partners. You will report to the Head of Partnerships and oversee onboarding, performance analysis, and optimization of campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.

The role requires strong English communication, 5+ years in affiliate marketing, and hands-on experience with major affiliate platforms. This position is fully remote with a mission-driven, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing/management.
Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across channels.
Proficient with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush and reporting systems.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to optimize processes for performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, informing and supporting them.
Oversee onboarding of new affiliates for smooth program integration.
Monitor affiliate performance; generate reports on traffic, conversions and ROI.
Analyze results to identify improvements; optimize campaigns for scale.
Research and recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the network.
Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels for max conversions.
Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management.
