Job summary

Bold is seeking a Senior Affiliate Partnership Manager to own day-to-day performance of our affiliate channel and move it to a data-driven, in-house model. You will manage ~3,000 partners across Impact.com, CJ, and Everflow, building onboarding, reporting, and review processes to scale.

This is an analytical, operator role where you’ll read numbers, identify drivers, and work with partners on concrete improvements. AI tools are central to daily work and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Experience running affiliate partners independently.
• Hands-on with major networks and management platforms.
• Comfort reading performance data and turning it into recommendations.
• Active use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for workflows.
• Ability to own outcomes with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day partner management across Impact.com, Commission Junction and Everflow.
• Lead the in-house transition and serve as primary day-to-day contact for partners.
• Build and document a repeatable onboarding process for new partners.
• Run data-driven partner reviews based on performance data.
• Analyze metrics (CPC, CPA, LTV, renewals) and translate insights into actions.
• Grow the roster by prospecting new partners and reactivating dormant ones.
• Represent Bold at industry events, e.g., Affiliate Summit West.
