Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to manage and grow our partner network for a fast-growing AI-focused platform. You will own onboarding, performance reporting, and optimization across campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will recruit new affiliates, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and drive ROI through data-driven decisions and scalable funnels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials).
• Experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush and reporting systems.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to optimize processes for performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are informed and supported.
• Oversee onboarding for new affiliates and smooth integration into the program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, ROI.
• Analyze affiliate results to identify improvements, scale campaigns.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners.
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels for conversions.
• Regularly review and improve affiliate communication and management processes.
