ServiceNow seeks an Advisory Solution Consultant to support Solution Sales in the AMS region. This is a hands-on technical role, bridging sales, product management, and executive teams to position and deliver product-specific solutions during cycles.

You will lead discovery workshops, answer technical questions, and share best practices while staying current on market differentiation. Flexible or remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or cloud software solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product, partners and services.
• Territory management including pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical expert to a client-facing team.
• Lead discovery workshops and demonstrate solutions to align with customer needs.
• Answer product and technical questions from customers and partners.
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with peers.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events such as briefings, conferences and user groups.
