Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant on the Intelligent Automation team. You will partner with field teams to design, demonstrate, and prove the value of ServiceNow's AI platform.

This hands-on role requires tech depth and consultative expertise across AI, data, and workflows. You will lead discovery, design proof-of-concept solutions, and deliver workshops for C-level executives while collaborating across product, engineering, and global teams to achieve exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical consulting, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and workflows.
• Strong data engineering background with ingestion, storage, and analytics.
• Ability to architect and implement complex systems under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, streaming platforms, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer environment and constraints.
• Design and build proof-of-concept solutions showcasing AI+Data+Workflow.
• Lead workshops and demonstrations for C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Iterate quickly based on capabilities and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and global teams to deliver outcomes.
