Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting in Integrated Risk Management or GRC.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, policy, compliance and continuity.
• Experience communicating solutions to business challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training; 3–5 years of exp.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow IRM.
• Translate customer processes into pain points and requirements.
• Respond to questions on the IRM solution.
• Develop sales campaigns focused on IRM and GRC.
• Maintain a showcase of IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with Product Management to enhance products.
• Share best practices with other Solution Consultants.
• Support Marketing events and customer engagements.
